EARLY VOTING IS OPEN NOW It’s easy to vote on Triad’s zero-rate-change bond proposal. Illinois offers voting by mail, early in-person voting (beginning Feb. 20), and Grace Period registration and voting (for those not registered) on the same days as early voting.
