Agenda & Minutes

Diligent

Starting on May 18, 2026, all Board of Education meeting agendas, supporting documents, minutes, and policies will be posted on the Diligent Community platform. Meeting minutes for past Board of Education meetings will be posted in BoardDocs until June 2, 2026.

Triad has joined other school districts nationwide in moving from BoardDocs to Diligent Community, a paperless board-meeting platform. Board of Education members and district administrators use Diligent Community, an online paperless-agenda solution to create, maintain, and archive school board agendas. By making meeting agendas and supporting documents available on the internet, documents associated with Board of Education meetings can be distributed more quickly and efficiently.
