Triad offers parents the ability to manage their child's meal account balances through an online management service called Pay Schools Central This service benefits students, parents and the school cafeteria. Management of your child's account through this online service will ensure that they never have to worry about carrying cash for lunch purchases and having the money with them at the start of lunch service. Your concerns about lost money between the time your child leaves home and the lunch line are eliminated. Our school cafeterias are already recognizing the time savings as more and more transactions are made using our ID card based system, as opposed to providing cash, for each meal purchase in the service line.

Using the Pay Schools Central service, parents can log in at any time to make a deposit to their child's account, view their child's account balance, set up recurring deposits to their child's account, set up e-mail notifications when their child's account falls below a certain dollar amount, or request a report showing what the child has purchased on their account. Payments processed before 8 p.m. should post to the student's account the next morning, in most cases.

Creating a PaySchools Central account is easy, quick and free! Next, the system will take you through a step-by-step registration process (Flyers and Step-by-Step Guides are linked below).  Once your account is created, you will find a variety of features that will make the management of your student’s fees easier.  Go to and select the “Register” under the login. The screens will guide you through the process to establish your account and link your child's lunch account.  Please contact your child's school for their ID number.

An internet convenience fee will be applied during each transaction. The fee is only charged when you add money to your child's account. Account payments can be made using a major a credit card (a 4.9% service fee based on the purchase amount will be applied) or ACH‐Electronic Check (a flat $1.25 per transaction - regardless of the purchase amount). If you have multiple children enrolled in the District, you can add money to each child's account during the same transaction. All families can establish a service account to view their child's balance and see what they have purchased without having to incur this fee.

Transactions processed by are safe and secure using Secure Socket Link, SSL, technology with Digicert. With this technology, parents can be assured that all student information, credit card information and all other student data will be highly encrypted and secure.

If you choose not to use for credit card transactions, the District continues to accept cash and checks at each school cafeteria. Students can bring their deposit to their classroom teacher in the mornings and accounts will be manually updated by food service employees. We appreciate receiving these transactions in envelopes with the child's name and teacher clearly printed on the outside.
